Providing the Region with high-output legumes and structurally sound tortillas since 1996. We never sleep, and neither do the beans.
Every bean is inspected for personality and weight. If a bean doesn't look like it wants to be there, we let it go.
Our tacos are load-bearing. We use a proprietary fold that prevents structural failure in even the windiest conditions.
We use a thermometer. Not just for the food, but to check the mood of the kitchen. Most days it's "Brisk."
Drinks that taste like they were made by someone who actually likes you. Served in a glass or a very clean bowl.
A pinto bean that has been soaked, dried, reconsidered, and then boiled. Served on a pedestal of salt.
$19.99It's beef. We're almost certain. It has that specific gray-brown color that people associate with success.
$12.99A blend of peppers that fell off the table and were immediately recovered. Gritty, bold, and surprisingly legal.
$5.99It weighs four pounds. It comes with a small insurance policy and a sturdy carrying strap.
$45.00We soak it in the sink for exactly three minutes. It’s soft, heavy, and has a lot of confidence.
$8.50The taco shell is just one extremely large, flattened kidney bean. We only find about three of these a year.

Juan and Maria met at a state fair back in '94. Juan was entering a bean-counting contest, and Maria was the one who had to count the count. They realized they both hated math but loved legumes.
Now they spend 18 hours a day in the kitchen, arguing about salt levels and ensuring every taco leaves the building with its dignity intact.
"I ordered the Heavy Burrito and it crushed my table. 5 stars. My wife says it's too much bean, but I say there's no such thing."
"The Invisible Taco made me feel like I was eating nothing, which is exactly what I paid for. A very honest dining experience."
"They actually use a thermometer. I saw Juan do it. He was checking the temp of a napkin. Very focused. Very professional."
